One Month Mark!

We're getting married in thirty days!  For trying to keep it as simple as possible, there still is quite a bit to do.  Here's the list (ever-changing) of the things we still need to do:

• Order wine
• Order beer (notice the priority?)
• Convince the best man to pick up the beer
• Get someone to make a cute wedding sign for the ceremony site
• Write vows
• Arrange travel for photographer
• Arrange lodging for photographer
• Get her a shot list for the wedding
• Arrange cake for cake cutting
• Order adorable custom cake topper
• Order cake knives
• Order paper lanterns
• Explain to groom's parents why so many boxes are suddenly showing up on their doorstep
• Order LED lights for lanterns (some assembly required)
• Order guestbook poster
• Send bridesmaids their sashes
• Pack bridesmaids sashes for the wedding (because mailing them just ain't happening) 
• Get bridesmaids' gifts together
• Find groom's ring
• Convince groom that ring should look nice not just be cheap
• Find bride's jewelry
• Hope bride's jewelry arrives in time for the wedding
• Rearrange honeymoon reservations
• Reserve rental car for wedding and honeymoon
• Request white Christmas lights from local guests
• Request cake stands from local guests
• Schedule appointment with hairstylist and make-up artist to get some help in do-it-yourself wedding primping
• Create music playlist
• Create (relaxed) wedding day schedule so father of the groom knows when to be back from golfing and father of the bride knows when to be back from fishing
• Ask parents for help in making a do-it-yourself photobooth happen
• Download photobooth software
• Order backdrop for photobooth
• Ask friends and family for lots of random favors and for help staying sane!

...and there's lots more that hasn't even occurred to us yet!  But it's okay!  As long as we have food, booze and someone to marry us, it'll be a great party!
