The alcohol policy at Eagle Canyon Hideaway is simply "permitted." When we talked to the venue owners, they said "you can bring in as much as you want. We're private and a hideaway." They also mentioned a rambunctious party of marines they'd had there not long ago. In short, there won't be any venue mandated micromanaging of the beer and wine.
2. Crash Space
Weddings are so much more fun when you don't have to drive home afterward! The campground has 10 modern cabins, 8 primitive cabins, RV and tent campsites. There is enough space for every guest we've invited to stay on-site with us! And tent sites are $15 (per tent) so even a broke college kid can afford on-site lodging.
3. Scenery
Nebraska is not exactly the most scenic place to get married (sorry natives). Our venue is next to a lake and has some actual trees, which is pretty good for this flat, barren state.
4. Rules
Other than the basic golden rule ("don't trash the place!") there aren't any! State and federal rules do still apply.
5. Proximity
Our venue is right next to a nice golf course and a nice lake. Both of our dad's are pretty happy about that!
